Salad Mix

Kale

Micro kale has green leaves on contrasting purple stems and offers a fresh mild, nutty kale flavor. It is very similar to broccoli - slightly bitter with a bit of sweetness.

Our salad mix contains mildly flavored brassicas including mizuna, cabbage, kale, broccoli and kohlrabi. Mostly green hues with a touch of red.

Daikon radish microgreens provide your salads, sandwiches, sashimi, and Asian entrees with a pleasant crunchy, peppery flavor. Its flavor is quite bold for its tiny size!

These colorful microgreens have magenta leaves and stems. Red Amaranth is recommended to be used to add color to a dish rather than flavor. This microgreen has an earthy flavor that is reminiscent of a beet.
